How this works

1. Choose a subject and write your question. The form composes a tidy email as you type — you can see exactly what will be sent.
2. Send it from your own email app. Nothing is submitted through this page and nothing is stored here. You keep a copy, and I can reply directly.
3. I reply. Usually within a few days. If a question is useful to more people than just you, I may answer it publicly — never with your name or company unless you say it is fine.

A good question

Say what you actually want to know and give me enough to answer it. A specific question gets a specific answer; a vague one gets a vague one. If something on this site prompted it, mention which page.

Corrections are welcome

If a number or an equation here is wrong, that is genuinely the most useful message you can send. Corrections get fixed and credited on the sheet.

Fair warning

I am one person answering email around real project work. I am not a helpdesk, I cannot review a full design for free, and nothing I say by email is a stamped or verified design. If a question turns into real work, we can talk about that separately.
